[Being kidnapped for nearly two weeks was not Cloche's ideal vacation from Luceti. Neither was being dropped into a cold fountain in a New Feather dress, for that matter. Had she been unconscious when that happened - and she had been! - she wasn't any longer. Cloche flails and yells - or she thinks she does - and flops around like a fish out of water before realizing where she was. Then... oh, yeah it's cold! Practically leaps out of the water. She'll wrap her arms around herself, and start the trudge back to her room.]



[A little later, once she gets back home and into warmer clothes, she'll be writing in her journal, most strange for her.]

I've been returned.

... the Malnosso have taken my ability to speak. I guess it was for talking back to them while I was in their... "care" for nearly two weeks.

[At least, that would be her guess.]

[Notice Spock's mild surprise when he walks by the fountain... only to be splashed by a falling, then flailing female....

[It starts out as her trying to say "OF COURSE I AM ARE YOU BLIND" or something similar, but... nothing is coming out of her mouth. She keeps trying to force something in her voice after she's stopped her flailing and nothing still.

What the hell. This was not what she asked for! So she'll just. Stare at Spock. Because what else can she really do?]

[Spock tilts his head in curiosity... and wonders what the silence could mean.]

[For now Spock takes off his blue uniform shirt revealing a long sleeved black undershirt, holds it in one hand while the other hand reaches over the lip of the fountain...offering it to the now soaked woman.]

Due to your current state, your core temperature will drop and cause detrimental effects to your physiology... I suggest you wear my shirt until we can get you more sufficient, dry clothing.

[Well, she knew that it would be cold, and she'll definitely take the shirt and his hand to get out of the fountain! Once out, she'll put the shirt on and mouth a thank you to him - not that she could do much more than that.]

[Spock notices the lack of speech...]

You are without your voice? This seems to be a common occurrence in Luceti. Am I to believe that this is due to the Malnosso?

[There's a nod at that. Cloche mouths 'unfortunately', wringing water out of the bottom of the dress she's wearing, then her hair. This sucks. She'll look to him though while she's doing so, mainly to not be rude when he speaks to her.]

I see... are you otherwise harmed? If you are amenable I can escort you to your place of residence or ensure you get medical aid.. ?

[She's pretty sure she's otherwise unharmed. Maybe light scratches and light bruising, but not enough for medical attention. Cloche will mouth 'home' to him, and nod furiously. She's got fluffy towels there and warm clothes. And a bath. And a real bed. And gergo. She can't forget that. There's another mouthed 'thank you' to that.]

Very well. [Spock takes his journal from his bag and opens up a map of the area...]

[Well at least that's an easy task! She'll point to CH5 and nod. There's an automatic mouthing of "I live there on the first floor" but well. He can't really hear that can he? :|a Whoops.]

[Lucky for you Spock can read lips, so he just nods and gestures Cloche to walk with him.]
