[After the events of a week and a half ago, Cloche got herself out of the clinic that she was inevitably brought to, and has been hiding out in her room. After trying to remember what happened, she can only remember bits and pieces of that day. The other reyvateils left and... then she had an outbreak. People tried to help, she's sure of that. But how much hurt did she cause?

She'll open up her journal and write a short message.]

I'm sorry. If I hurt anybody too badly, I'm so sorry.

[She knows at least one person won't see that message. That just makes her feel worse, knowing that someone went home without her properly apologizing to him. It can't be helped, and for now, Cloche will stay where she is.]

I'll try to explain as best as I can.

I am not fully human; I'm knows as a reyvateil in my world. I create songs through my emotions, either to heal or hurt enemies. I'm an I.P.D reyvateil, different than a normal one. What happened to me was known as an I.P.D outbreak: the others that were here earlier most likely caused it. We're connected at a subconscious level, so if their feelings of anger and sadness become too much, it sometimes causes another one elsewhere to have an outbreak. This time, that reyvateil was me.

I see... so it's kind of like an empathy overload, you could say? [His voice lowers a bit.] ...Sometimes I feel like that, too. Even if it doesn't cause me to go berserk.

Yes, without going into more detail, that's the best way to explain it. ...you've had something similar too? Is it a disease like I.P.D Disease?

[He chuckles.] Oh, no, it's nothing like that. I'm just a normal human, after all. But sometimes, when all my friends are going through trouble and we're in a dire situation... I've felt a bit like I've wanted to reject it all, too.

It didn't sound like you could help it, Cloche... don't worry about hurting me again. I know you didn't mean to. I'll just try and stop you again next time it happens!

I hope it doesn't happen. That's what I'm hoping for the most. I don't want to be doing those things again, and I don't really hate everyone. I think it was the feelings of the others who hated the Malnosso for taking them away from me.

That makes sense. Like you said, they had an influence on you. You empathized with them, and kind of... overloaded. Don't you think you might have had an overload of some sort anyway, even if you didn't have your... disease?

I don't think so. I'm not sure how much I really differ from a normal reyvateil, but I've never heard of such an occurrence involving one. I think we're a special case.
