implanta: (more tears than you can handle)

[Well this week had sucked, hadn't it? First Roy didn't remember anything, and now when she definitely needed someone she held close to hear her out after trying to shoot Replekia at the barrier...

Touma was gone.

She hadn't ever been in his room, but when it was devoid of things that would have made it his, with a goodbye/apology from him...?

So she sat on what was his bed and cried. A lot. The Malnosso were taking a toll on her pretty nicely this week, weren't they? If anything else were to happen...

After a little bit of time, and when she had slowed down the crying and gone back to her own room, she cracks open her journal and makes a quick message as best she can:]

Touma Kamijou has... he's left.

[Her voice was starting to crack again, it was best to end that message there.]

[Adell can't blame her for switching to writing. He would too, in this situation, and he almost never does. Still, he can only guess how close they were before he vanished, but... the pain's familiar.]

...There's nothing I can say that will make the pain go away completely. Been there too much. Lost a lot of people I grew to care about here. But it always helped me to remember I wasn't alone in the end.

[And he's hoping she'll feel the same. Not that other people are in pain, but that other people are there to help ease it... and make it easier for the pain to be let go.]

Yes. It will. People leave all the time, at the worst of times.

[He pauses.]

For some people it gets easier. For some people they grow numb to it. But I think that's a curse, not a blessing. The pain... the pain shows us something important. Just how much someone really meant to us... and though it hurts now, in the end it gives us the most precious thing of all in this place.

[His voice grows softer, calmer.]

...Memories. Memories of meeting people who we had an infinitely small chance to meet at all. What they did for us, what we did for them, and how that affected us.

In a world where things get flipped upside down at any given moment... memories are the only solid thing we have. And they're worth treasuring.

I understand that one.

[His voice sympathizes. A great deal.]

The only thing you can do... is say goodbye to him in your own way, even if he can't hear it. If it gives you peace, you should do it.

Yeah. The memorial garden has pictures and names of people who left... and people usually leave flowers there.

[He pauses.]

...I should probably go back there soon.

I'd say it's worth a shot.

Yeah. They should have everything you need. Flonne always kept it well stocked while she was here. ...If there's any Celestian flowers there... those are always pretty.

They're simple flowers... mostly white, with some blue in the middle. Said that the angels in Celestia love them.

...Flonne did, at any rate. Though I'm not sure if her thoughts actually mirrored other angels or not.

They are... tricky to grow, but pretty. They're a little fragile considering Celestia is so forgiving of a climate. But there's not many other flowers like them.
