You can catch her either on her way there, stopping to rest at the fountain on her way back with food, or on the path back to her community housing.]

Pretty much, yeah. A nap's enough for me to use those spells again. It would be better if I have a rune that recovers it for me quicker, but the better magic-users got them first.
